AI Developer

• Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to understand data properties and prepare datasets for model training.
• : Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of AI models through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and other optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of AI solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to improve our technologies.
• Create comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
• : Work with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance to align AI development with business goals.

• bachelors / masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or a related field is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (eg, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Familiarity with deep learning concepts and neural networks.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and tools.
• Experience with big data technologies (eg, Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (eg, AWS) and their AI/ML services.
