1. Multiple projects handling min 7-8nos at a time

2. Revenue, Cash, Collection & Cost control.

Job security. No competition

Dislikes

Extreme favouritism. Too many back door entries and incompetent folks at the top positions. HR is a manager's puppet. Promotions are given only to the ones closer to the manager irrespective of one's skills and contribution. Absolutely no respect for one's talent and you cannot question the status quo. Good people leave and masuers remain.
