We are looking for a highly motivated, high performing professional who can support SI Electrification Automation (EA) India by helping create high transparency on critical business performance elements to drive actionable insights, besides addressing internal and external reporting requirements.
In addition, the candidate is expected to drive identified specific topics to support business growth, asset management, governance and internal controls for SI EA. The candidate will lead a team of 3/4 controlling professionals and should possess strong people skills.
Some of the specific elements include:
Deliver high quality information (related to financials and other KPIs) to senior management to support decision making and to various other stakeholders (e.g. corporate functions/auditors/HQ) in a timely manner.
Support in preparation of Business review meetings with the Business Heads, HQ and Country management.
Enable the monthly forecasting, review of actuals and the annual budgeting process.
Understand and identify the key levers of business performance and monitor the same through smart analytics.
Manage interfaces with Business Units, Business Finance Head as well as Corporate Support Function teams (e.g., Taxes, Accounting and Reporting).
Carry out regular reviews of the profitability, balance sheet positions, working capital to ensure correctness and transparency in the books of accounts.
Support the internal control guidelines implementation and requirements and ensure a smooth ICFR process (testing, audits, remediations).
Support with quality data to satisfy Transfer Pricing and Direct and Indirect tax requirements.
Facilitate information flow for audit requirements (external, internal, cost audits).
Adhering to FEMA guidelines and ensuring there is no breach, and providing insights to the management
Drive digitalization initiatives to promote efficiency, support special projects and many adhoc requirements.

CA or equivalent professional qualification with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience
