Job Description
- Provide one-on-one career counseling and coaching to students and professionals, helping them identify career goals, develop job search strategies, and create personalized career plans
- Assist clients in assessing their skills, interests, and values to make informed career decisions and set realistic career objectives
- Conduct resume and cover letter reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance to improve the effectiveness of job application materials
- Facilitate career development workshops and seminars on topics such as job search techniques, interview preparation, networking strategies, and professional branding
- Stay current with labor market trends, industry developments, and job opportunities to provide relevant and up-to-date advice to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create networking opportunities and enhance job placement services
- Organize and participate in career fairs, employer information sessions, and other networking events to connect clients with potential employers
- Assist clients in preparing for job interviews, including conducting mock interviews and providing tips on effective communication and presentation skills
