Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, a strong sales background (preferably in ed-tech or education loan services), and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. This role involves making outbound calls, converting leads into successful enrollments, and achieving daily and monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up on leads provided by the company to drive enrollments.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by delivering exceptional results.
• Understand and effectively communicate the companys services and offerings to potential clients.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and provide solutions aligned with their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Actively participate in sales training and provide feedback to improve processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in ed-tech or loan services.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with sales CRM systems is a plus.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive outlook.
• Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
