Tendering Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, including BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of tenders received and evaluate them based on criteria set by the company.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for preparation of proposal packages (BOQ, cost estimation, bill of quantities).
  
• Ensure compliance with e-tendering processes and procedures.
  
• Manage bids from receipt to submission, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in tendering management or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline.
  
• Proficiency in Bidding, BoQ Preparation, Cost Estimation, Proposal Preparation, RFQ handling.
