Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tender Identification & Evaluation:
    • Identify relevant tender opportunities in the interior fit-out industry.
    • Evaluate tender documents, pre-qualification requirements, and commercial viability.
  2. Bid Preparation & Submission:
    • Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimations, and bid pricing strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, execution, and finance) to gather required inputs.
    • Ensure all submissions are accurate, well-documented, and meet client specifications.
  3. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination:
    • Engage with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
    • Ensure all cost elements are accounted for in the bid proposal.
  4. Negotiation & Client Liaison:
    • Conduct pre-bid and post-bid discussions with clients and consultants.
    • Clarify tender specifications, deviations, and commercial terms.
  5. Market & Competitor Analysis:
    • Analyze industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor strategies.
    • Provide insights for improving bid competitiveness.


Preferred candidate profile:

  • BE in Civil Engineering,Construction Management, Interior Design, or related fields.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and bidding in the interior fit-out industry.
  • Strong understanding of BOQs, cost estimation, and project specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tendering software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work under strict deadlines.
