HR Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. The HR Intern will assist in various HR functions / tasks.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and learn about the various aspects of HR management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and selection process, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, collecting and organizing new employee documentation, and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help administer employee benefits programs
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives
• Contribute to maintaining HR policies and procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining departmental
