About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head to lead our Strategic Alliances and Partnerships initiatives.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by forging strategic alliances with key players in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alliance Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the insurance industry.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives at partner organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Business Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
- Proactively address partner concerns and resolve issues.
- Foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership ecosystem.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of alliance managers to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of strategic alliances and business development activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic alliances or business development within the insurance industry, preferably life insurance.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly life insurance products and services.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
