Experience: 15-20 years in high-rise gated community residential projects with reputed builders
Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering

Role Overview:

The Tower In-Charge - Civil Finishes will oversee and manage all internal and external finishing works of a high-rise residential tower built with MIVAN formwork. This role demands comprehensive expertise in high-end specifications, meticulous detailing, and execution of all finishing activities to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: A seasoned professional with 15-20 years of experience in Civil Finishes for high-rise projects with Prior experience working with reputed real estate developers in Hyderabad.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Demonstrated ability to handle finishing work across internal spaces, utilities, and external landscaping.
• Expertise in detailing and execution of finishing works.
• Proficiency in using modern construction techniques, materials, and tools.
• Proven expertise in high-rise residential finishing works with high-end specifications.
• Hands-on experience in handling large-scale projects with strict quality benchmarks.
• Strong understanding of MIVAN formwork construction and associated challenges in finishing.
• Proficiency in managing teams, vendors, and multiple finishing tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Finishing Works:

• Supervise and execute tile flooring, grouting, wall putty, and punny works.
• Oversee internal painting and gypsum false ceiling works.
• Ensure precision in bathroom flooring, dadoing, and installation of UPVC windows and doors.
• Coordinate the fixing of main doors, internal doors, and balcony SS railings.

2. Service Installations:

• Oversee the installation of kitchen platforms, gas pipelines, and electrical wiring with surface conduits.
• Ensure proper functioning and testing of ELCBs and fire sprinkler systems.
• Supervise internal plumbing and CP sanitary fittings.

3. Corridor and Staircase Finishing:

• Manage the finishing works of corridors, staircases, and lobbies, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

4. External Finishing Works:

• Lead external painting, external wall detailing, and balcony railing installations.
• Oversee tower surroundings' hardscaping and landscaping works.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure finishing works meet high-end specifications and adhere to quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback for necessary improvements.

6. Team Coordination and Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Monitor resources, materials, and timelines for all finishing activities.
