Role & responsibilities

Objectives of this role

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
  • Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
  • Track all business-related invoices
  • Train sales professionals and help improve their skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the companys products or services to prospective clients.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
  • Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
  • Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the companys products or services.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • He can use strategic analysis, marketing, and sales tactics to identify new business opportunities.
  • He can use research and data analysis to gain insights into the market and competitors.
  • He can negotiate contracts and terms that benefit their organization while also satisfying the needs of clients or partners
  • He can use strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and build relationships with clients.
  • He can use project management skills to ensure tasks meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve their objectives.
  • He can use business intelligence skills to gain a deep understanding of the market by researching the needs of the business and its competitors.
  • He can use networking to identify market opportunities.
  • He needs to be tactful and diplomatic always. As well as holding the knowledge of when to compromise and when to offer firm solutions to persuade prospects, winning their trust and commitment.
