Role & responsibilities

• Production: Oversee production, quality maintenance, and distribution of the paper
• Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all statutory compliances
• Budgeting: Prepare, approve, and control the annual plant budget
• Inventory: Control and monitor finished product dispatches and empty inventory
• Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Technology: Recommend investing in automation and modern technology to enhance efficiency
• Sustainability: Steer the company towards sustainable growth and market leadership
• Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Employee engagement: Ensure employees are productive and engaged
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports to the CEO

Performance: Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures

• In-depth knowledge of yarn manufacturing processes.
• Able to create a detail operational plans.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
• Expertise in managing procurement and logistics
• Ability to assess and mitigate operational risks
• Understanding of industry-specific compliance regulations
• Proficiency in supply chain optimization, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
