KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountabilities Scope of work Quality Assurance- Responsible for end-to-end QA and Food Safety Activities
- Implementing QA and Food Safety processes aligned with SRSL’s & Wilmar’s Policies and Procedures.
- Daily QFS Reporting
- Ensuring incoming Quality checks for RM and PM.
- Ensuring day to day Online Quality Checks.
- Owning regulatory testing
- Monthly Product Testing
- GMP AssessmentsFood Safety and Regulatory- Implementing FSSC22000
- Conduction regular Risk assessments from Food safety POV
- Carrying out Monthly Food Safety Audits.
- CAPA
- Handling Quality complaints and visiting the market
- Implementing all regulatory requirements
- Ensuring successful unannounced AIB Audits
- Leading FSMS
- Leading all customers audits
- Training of Shop Floor associate
- Develop Quality and Food Safety team
New Product and Packaging- Conducting filling and transit trials for new packs/ products.
- Process optimization.
- Conducting Process Capability Studies
Reporting - Daily and Monthly Quality Reporting
