 CTC: 2.40 LPA 3.60 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

 Reports To: Project Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic & results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving property sales. This role requires a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls & follow up with potential clients

 Site Visits: Schedule & conduct property visits for prospective buyers

 Sales Consultation: Present & showcase properties, highlighting key features

 Client Relationship Management: Provide personalized guidance & build trust

 Target Achievement: Collaborate with the sales team to meet & exceed sales goals

 CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records & interactions

What Were Looking For:

 Experience: Minimum 2+ year in real estate sales or a similar role

 Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

 Understanding of real estate market trends & industry regulations

 Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently & stay organized

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office & familiarity with CRM software

 Must-have: A valid drivers license, a reliable vehicle & a smartphone Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor's/Masters in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (Mandatory)
