Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic & results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving property sales. This role requires a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls & follow up with potential clients

✅ Site Visits: Schedule & conduct property visits for prospective buyers

✅ Sales Consultation: Present & showcase properties, highlighting key features

✅ Client Relationship Management: Provide personalized guidance & build trust

✅ Target Achievement: Collaborate with the sales team to meet & exceed sales goals

✅ CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records & interactions

What Were Looking For:

🔹 Experience: Minimum 1+ year in real estate sales or a similar role

🔹 Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

🔹 Understanding of real estate market trends & industry regulations

🔹 Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently & stay organized

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office & familiarity with CRM software

🔹 Must-have: A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle & a smartphone Qualifications: 🎓 Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (Mandatory)
