Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic & result-oriented Project Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for exclusive real estate projects. You will be responsible for managing sales strategies, leading a team, overseeing transactions, and ensuring project sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Engagement: Understand buyer needs & provide property insights

✅ Site Visits: Conduct and manage property visits for prospective clients

✅ Home Loan Assistance: Guide clients through the financing process

✅ Documentation & Registrations: Oversee legal paperwork for seamless transactions

✅ Sales Task Management: Track leads, follow-ups, & maintain records

✅ Target Achievement: Develop & execute strategies to exceed sales goals

✅ Team Leadership: Lead, train & motivate sales executives for high performance

✅ Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor analysis & pricing strategies

What Were Looking For:

🔹 Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales (2-3 years in a managerial role)

🔹 Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills

🔹 Proven track record in residential & commercial property sales

🔹 Knowledge of home loan processes & real estate documentation

🔹 Familiarity with property laws, CRM tools & sales platforms

🔹 A proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset

🔹 Must-have: A valid drivers license, a reliable vehicle & a smartphone

Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Bachelor's/Masters in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (Mandatory) 📜 Additional certifications in real estate management (Preferred)
