Job Description:
Propseller India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive sales strategies within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage a high-performing sales team, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2.Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
3. Identify potential clients, conduct property presentations, and close sales deals.
4. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance sales outreach and brand awareness.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
8. Ensure smooth transaction processes and timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
5. Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
7. Location: East and West Pune
