Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees for any HR-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Support the resolution of workplace issues and help maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist with conflict management, mediation, and maintaining a harmonious employee relations environment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, preparing performance review materials, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in tracking employee performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in processing payroll by collecting attendance, leave data, and verifying employee compensation details.
  • Help employees with benefits-related inquiries (health, retirement, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Training and Development:
  • Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Support the identification of training needs and assist with developing a training calendar.
  • Track training progress and maintain training records.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure proper documentation for compliance.
  • Assist with preparing HR-related reports for management or regulatory authorities.
  • HR Systems and Database Management:
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accurate data management.
  • Assist with HR software tools and platforms for record-keeping, reporting, and employee management.
  • General HR Administration:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, filing documents, and handling HR-related correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement events and wellness programs.
  • Help with managing employee leave requests, attendance tracking, and leave policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Education: MBA in Human Resources
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in HR or related fields, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases (HRMS, payroll systems) is a plus.
