EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 03-10 years in only Industrial Product Sales

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND:

INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT SALES EXPERIENCE IN LARGE INDUSTRIES LIKE Steel, Aluminum, Fertilizer, Refinery, Mining, Construction, Infrastructure

Association with below fields/ brands is handy but not essential:

SALES SKILLS SET REQUIRED:

• Direct Sales Skills/ Sales process Cycle Knowledge/B2B Sales
• Rich sales experience within the Industrial/B2B sales
• Sound Communication skills in English/Hindi
• Exceptional Customer Service Orientation
• Self-starter with the highest degree of energy, self-confidence and integrity and the ability to perform well without daily supervision.
• Independent Tour Planning and open to Extensive Travelling
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Understanding of Engineering Applications, Drawings & Datasheets
• Proper Knowledge of MS office -Word, XLS, PPT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business, manage existing accounts & grow client base.
• Meet/ exceed annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals
• Frequent Client visits and product presentations.
• Studying various Industry sectors, data digging for concerned client details, and Tele-calling for prospecting.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships.
• Identifies current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Monthly report on Leads/ opportunities, Client visit Data & lost deals.

REPORTING TO: Divisional Business Head

CTC: Rs.4.0-5.50 Lakhs Per Annum
