About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for various technical positions. You should have a strong understanding of the technology industry and the ability to match skilled candidates with business needs. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for finding the best talent in the IT industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Software Developers, System Administrators, Data Engineers, etc.).
  • Source candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, soft skills, and cultural compatibility.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and teams to understand job specifications and team dynamics.
  • Maintain and update a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Organize and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by guiding them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep track of recruitment metrics and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to engage with passive candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Developers, System Engineers, Data Scientists, and Cloud Architects.
  • Previous experience working in a technology-driven company.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment.
