Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan dispatches and process documentation for multiple plants.
- Coordinate dispatches from various plants to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure adherence to dispatch documents, including GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and Delivery Challans.
- Handle customer complaints related to logistics, warehousing, transportation, or other issues.
- Oversee daily operations of the Logistics department.
