Senior Assistant Manager - Offline Sales - Retail Business (4-6 yrs)

SR. AM - OFFLINE SALES

- Should have exposure of handling GT and retail business.

- Appointment of new Partner (Distributor) & Channel stores.

- Partner Development & Operations as per Organisational Strategy.

- Market visit reports and pics to be uploaded.

- Managing SAP (Sales associate personal) productivity.

- All stores audit on audit date & report submitted within 7 days.

- Ownership of scope of work document and execution of all activities for new EBO stores.

- Plan and manage channel sales to achieve sales goals.

- EBO Management: Store Operations, Staff Training, Customer Experience, Store Hygiene, VM, Data Flow

- Maintenance of Consumer Experience at Points of Sale - Execution of VM.

- Dealer Development, Best SKU Strategy Implementation to be evaluated as per the Secondary sale

- Training of SAP Staff as per Training Calendar.

- Development of Area / Regional Team as per Strategic direction
