College Director (Foreign National) will lead the college with a global perspective, providing strategic direction, operational management, and fostering international collaborations. This role requires a dynamic leader who brings international expertise in education administration, cross-cultural management, and global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the college in achieving its mission, vision, and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with both local and international academic standards.
• Analyze global education trends and ensure the college remains competitive on the international stage.
• Lead negotiations for global collaborations, such as student exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and international faculty exchanges
• Facilitate cross-cultural learning opportunities for both domestic and international students
• Support faculty development programs and initiatives aimed at increasing international expertise
• Oversee the operational and administrative functions of the college, ensuring that all areas (academic, student services, finance, HR, etc.) work efficiently
• Lead the development and execution of a global branding strategy that positions the college as an international leader in education.
