Executive/Senior Executive - Human Resources

Role & responsibilities

• HR Generalist will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, automation, etc.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screening of applicants, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Research market trends and competitive benefit offerings to design a comprehensive program.
• Assist in developing employee benefits programs.
• Support end-to-end HR automation initiatives and maintain HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the automation tools. Ensure that the tools address the specific needs of the HR department and improve overall efficiency.
• Coordinate the implementation process, ensuring that HR automation systems are integrated smoothly with existing systems and processes. Monitor timelines and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources generalist role

Education

• First class bachelors degree in civil engineering from recognized university/institute.
