Job Title:*Accounts Manager *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Financial Management and Reporting:* - Preparation and maintenance of accurate financial statements and records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries. - Prepare management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 2. *Accounts Payable and Receivable:* - Supervise the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payments. - Monitor aging reports and manage credit control processes to minimize bad debts. - Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. 3. *Internal Controls and Compliance:* - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. - Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process and resolve any issues. 4. *Taxation and Regulatory Compliance:* - Oversee tax compliance, including GST, corporate income tax, and other statutory filings. - Liaise with tax authorities, external consultants, and auditors for tax-related matters. - Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and statutory reports. *Qualifications and Requirements:* - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; - 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Self drive and Decision Making skills .
