Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Create training materials, presentations, and modules that are engaging, informative, and aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct regular training sessions for new hires as well as on-going training sessions to enhance the skills of existing team members.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics; provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to incorporate relevant information into training programs.

Mentor and coach sales representatives to help them achieve their individual and team sales targets.
