Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through targeted business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proven sales record, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  2. Lead Generation & Networking:
    • Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Build a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for business discussions and negotiations.
  4. Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
    • Achieve or exceed set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align efforts and ensure smooth execution of deals.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and achievements.
  6. Contract Negotiation:
    • Lead negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements for the organization and its clients.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
