Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing and Payout Specialist to manage product listings, advertising, order processing, and financial tracking across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in A+ content creation, advertising strategies, demand forecasting, and profit-and-loss analysis to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings and A+ Content Management:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
• Develop and manage A+ Content to enhance product pages, increase customer engagement, and boost conversion rates.
• Ensure all product details, images, and descriptions comply with platform standards and are SEO-optimized.

Advertising and Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns, including Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and other sponsored ad formats.
• Analyze advertising performance metrics to maximize ROI and drive targeted sales growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.

Demand Forecasting and Inventory Planning:

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and historical performance to forecast product demand.
• Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Use forecasting insights to support strategic planning for new product launches and marketing efforts.

Order Management:

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Resolve customer issues related to returns, refunds, and complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize shipping and handling operations.

Payouts and Financial Reconciliation:

• Track and reconcile payouts from e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate recording of sales, commissions, and returns.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for revenue growth.
• Resolve payment discrepancies in collaboration with platform representatives and the finance team.

Performance Monitoring and Compliance:

• Regularly monitor sales performance and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, resolving flagged listings or account-related issues promptly.
• Stay informed of industry trends to improve strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and others.
• Experience with A+ Content, advertising (Amazon PPC, Google Ads), and SEO.
• Strong skills in demand forecasting, data analysis, and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reconciliation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
