Job Description
The following is the key requirement:
- Profile: Operations Executive
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer satisfaction
- Joining: Immediate, or with very short notice
- Qualification: Bcom Graduate/MBA in Operations or Finance
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of legal documentation
- Filling of IEPF forms as per section 124 & 125 of Companies Act,2013
- Dealing with RTA
- Dealing with IEPF authority and other regulatory authority
- Dealing with clients for completion of documentation
- Ensuring that all the compliances are complete as per SEBI circulars and IEPF Rules.
- Candidate profile:
- Someone with good communication skill and strong client handling skills.
- Hard working & Sincere
