Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service and campaigns that directly affect each client
• Policy Issue and follow-up within TAT
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client
• Policy copy deliver
• Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
• Handling the Team of Renewal/Policy Servicing
• Coordinate with client and operation teams to deliver valuable solutions
• Be the face of the company while executing the project/ event as per clients expectations.
• Confident, Passionate and Ambitious Individual
• Excellent in Spoken and written English
• Creative - Excellent in presentation (PPT/ Keynote) making skills
• Should possess excellent skills to organically grow business with the same client
