Hiring For Sales Sr Manager/ Manager/Assistant Manager/Sr Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Target and Gain New customers; Retain and Sustain existing customers.
• Develop and expand client base in chemicals (haz/non haz), reefers (FAKs) and ODC.
• Focus on Integrated sales, i.e. engage with customer over a wider canvas of logistics services including but not limited to transport, clearance, freight, warehouse (storage & distribution), which will support the CFS business domain. 
• Coordinate with various internal teams, to address, solve, issues and offer customized solutions.
• Follow up on Diversion customers to retain same
• Develop, Harness and Maintain excellent customer relationship.
• Develop market intelligence through network of customers, vendors and allied service providers. Share/Update team to help arrive at better sales decisions.
• Follow up outstanding and overdue amounts, ensure the credit facility is honoured between customer and HTPL

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualifications:
  MBA or equivalent (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Logistics).

• Professional Experience:
  Proven sales experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on business development and meeting sales targets. Experience in managing customer relationships and offering integrated logistics solutions.

• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Client-focused with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
