Key Responsibilities:

1. Rail Cost Booking: Manage import and export rail cost bookings.
2. Rail Export Revenue: Oversee rail export revenue booking and reconciliation.
3. Pool Reconciliation: Reconcile pool with CTO for Kanpur location.
4. Intracompany Reconciliation: Ensure accurate intracompany transaction reconciliation.
5. TDS Clearing & Payment Matching: Handle TDS clearing and payment matching.
6. Volume Rebate Bills: Process volume rebate bills and payments.
7. TDS & GST Follow-ups: Follow up on TDS and GST for various locations.
8. Vendor Account Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
9. GR/IR Ledger Reconciliation: Oversee GR/IR ledger reconciliation.
10. Rail Haulage Cost Support: Assist in railway haulage cost booking..

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

• B.Com./M.Com.

Experience:

• 3 - 7 yrs work experience.
