Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Polymer PVC Line

Location: Raipur

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in the polymer and PVC industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our PVC-based products to a variety of industries such as construction, automotive, packaging, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Actively generate sales leads and convert them into business opportunities by identifying potential clients in the polymer and PVC market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Promotion: Promote the company’s range of PVC products, including pipes, fittings, sheets, films, and other polymer-based solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to create strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Sales Negotiation: Lead sales negotiations and follow up on orders, ensuring proper documentation and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Technical Support: Provide product information, technical support, and assistance in selecting suitable products to meet customer requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports, performance tracking, and market feedback for the management team.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly to maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Engineering background (Chemical/Polymer) is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the polymer or PVC industry.
    • Strong knowledge of PVC products and their applications in various industries.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Languages: Fluent in [English and/or Local language].

Desirable Qualities:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales within the polymer or construction industry.
  • Technical understanding of PVC manufacturing processes and applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
