Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales to achieve the companys revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct property tours, meetings, and presentations with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
