Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and business development in the Lucknow region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and strengthen the presence of the CORA brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for CORA products.

Build and lead a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and ongoing performance management.

Identify and develop new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing clients.

Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute region-specific promotional campaigns.

Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.

Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.

Represent the CORA brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen market positioning.

Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of the Lucknow market, including customer preferences and industry dynamics.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
