Education Qualification

BE/ B. Tech in Textile / Fashion
B.A/ M.A. in Fashion & Textiles Merchandising / Fashion Technology
B.Sc. /M.Sc. in Fashion Technology/ Textile

Experience Qualifications

1-2 Years of Experience - Junior Executive Merchandiser
2-4 Years of Experience - Executive Merchandiser
4-7 Years of Experience - Senior Executive Merchandiser

Key responsibilities:

Resolving queries from buyers and reporting manager
Based on tech Pack and fabric details work on costing and review with manager for
approvals
Creating digital trims cards for approvals
Responsible for proto or Initial Sample (for fit and costing purpose)
Obtaining buyers' confirmation on Proto Sample and SMS sample and price
negotiation with buyer
Submitting fit samples for review
Get approval for Size set/ photo/, PP and Wash sample
Production files - After getting all approvals from buyers handing it over to the
factory team to go ahead with the bulk production
Coordinating bulk approvals and testing as per the brands requirement purposes
Weekly production reports for the buyer
Review the bulk production orders material consumptions, rejections etc.
Material Ordering, style creation, order creation, cost locking in ERP Software
Coordination for Shipment bookings with shipment team
Pattern Making and Consumption from CAthe D team and for SAM from IE Team
Getting Washing cost from washing department as per the requirement
Indenting for Sampling along with trims and fabrics for fit and SMS

IT skills

Any ERP Software for Material Ordering
Excel Data Management and Reporting
