Human Resource Trainee

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and understand the dynamics of talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
• Help onboard new hires and ensure completion of documentation.

• Employee Engagement:
• Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

Conduct surveys and assist in analyzing employee feedback.

• HR Operations:
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Support the payroll and attendance management process.

• Learning & Development:
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Gather feedback from training sessions and provide summaries.

• Policy Implementation:
• Help communicate HR policies to employees.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.

• General Support:
  
• Provide support for daily HR administrative tasks.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
