Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities for Accounts Payable-Executive

• Maintain precise records of all vendor payments, purchase orders, invoices,

statements, etc.

• Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices.

• Monitor GST2B report and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time.

• Analyse all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment

accuracy.

• Research and approve new vendors and create new vendor accounts.

• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to

balances

• Maintaining historical records.

• Analyse and reconciles special general ledger accounts.

• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for

outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.

• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.

• Continuing to improve the payment process and monthly closure and Quarterly

closure activities.

Qualifications for Accounts Payable Associate Lead

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance.

• 2-4 years experience for Executive positions.

• Proven knowledge of accounting industry-leading accounting software

• Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Distinctly self-motivated and cable of handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure

environment.
