Account Payable Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Payable to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and finance principles, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. This role will involve managing various financial tasks, including accounts payable, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the accounts payable process.
• Ensure a timely and accurate invoice.
• Data entry of accounts payable.
• Resolve customer queries and disputes promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Utilize Tally ERP to manage day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the system.
• Assist with various general accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliations and so on.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
