Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute bulk hiring strategies for our voice process operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering top talent to support business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end bulk hiring strategies to meet the staffing needs for voice process roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and workforce planning.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates in large volumes.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment campaigns to attract a diverse pool of talent.
  • Build strong pipelines for critical roles by fostering relationships with talent pools and industry networks.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and efficient processes.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hires.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve hiring goals.
  • Partner with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring for voice processes.
  • Strong understanding of voice process requirements, including customer service, technical support, and sales profiles.
  • Expertise in sourcing and recruiting using job portals, social media, and recruitment drives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume hiring projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing recruitment for BPO/KPO/ITES voice processes.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
