Role Summary:
As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will enhance Shaadi.coms brand image and drive consumer acquisition through compelling copy, communication, and creative campaigns. You ll lead social media communications alongside in-house teams, creative agencies, influencer partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring Shaadi.com becomes a top conversational brand on social media that consistently grabs attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft diverse content, from digital films to social media posts and influencer scripts.
• Ideate and develop innovative, consumer-centric digital campaigns.
• Analyze, question, and refine stakeholder briefs to deliver exceptional campaigns that resonate with audiences
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of social media platforms to create impactful, trend-driven content while adhering to best practices in art and storytelling.
• Conceptualize and execute engaging video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube.
• Manage creative briefs daily, collaborating with art teams and internal stakeholders to ensure results.
• Supervise and provide feedback on deliverables from partner digital agencies.
• Conduct research to generate fresh ideas and support content development.

What You ll Bring:

• A Bachelor s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, social media, and digital content creation, either in leading advertising/social media agencies or with brands that have a strong online presence.
• Excellent writing skills with a sharp understanding of craft, Gen Z culture, and social media trends
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects within deadlines
• A collaborative mindset with effective teamwork and influencing skills.
