Inside Sales support

• Receiving questionnaire from sales
• Connect with technical team for audit duration approval
• Preparing proposal & share with sales
• Coordinate with Sales team .
• Prepare quotation and tender

Executive Operarations

• Collaborating with high end corporates for offering them customized training solutions. Going on sales visits to ensure clients have a better confidence on our services.
• Have been successfully converting prospective clients and securing their trust in BSI services in system certification
• Regular backend work related to payment updation with accounts team as well as negotiating with Head Office regarding certificate generation.

• Handling all post sales back end work and liaison with HO operations personnel to ensure all documentation is complete for issue of certificate.

• Month end MIS preparation on sales booked and work order received.

• Data entry of enquiries in Training excellence software.
