We have Excellent Job opportunity in SGS for Customer Service Executive ( Export Documetation )

1. Qualifications:

• Essential: Graduate in Science, Commerce or Engineering steam
• Desirable: 1 or 3 Years experience or Fresher
• Specialization: Knowledge on export documentation or experience in Product standards (for Science and Engg.) or Technical background (For Engineers)
• Industry/ Sector: export / import
• Scope of job /Activities handled: Customer Service Executive / Export documentation / product standards or Technical background.

1. Brief Job Description (Pls. list them in order of importance):

• Front office customer service executive
• Handling export orders to Africa, Middle east countries.
• Coordinating between exporter, Inspection section and Certification center.
• Issuance of Product Conformity Certificates, collecting payments.

2 Key Results Areas ( KRAs) & Key Deliverables:

Timely support to exporter, Issuance of certificate within TAT, Good Team player, Polite with good listener, well organized with very good knowledge of Ms office. Timely payment collection.

1. Technical / Behavioral / Managerial / Critical Skills Desired:

Fluent knowledge of export documentation, Basic Knowledge of product standards will be added value on selection. Should be able to work with teams, high performer, Critical skill of listening, understanding problem and provide solution. Good convincing power.
