Role & responsibilities
1) Handling Office requirements
2) Sending attendance to management.
3) Welcoming Guest & Visitors, arranging snacks or tea /coffee.
4) Taking care of stationary and Couriers etc.
5) Coordinate with Corporate office.
6) Visiting Bank for documents updation etc.
7) Handling office vendors and coordination.
8) verbal and written communication with branch
9 ) miscellaneous work assigned by management.
