Front Office Executive

Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the front desk and reception area of an office. Will be the he initial point of contact for clients and visitors.

• Managing the Reception Area
• Welcoming and allotting meeting rooms
• Coordination with Travel Agency
• Space Management / Seating Allotment
• Raising Access Control System approval
• Preparing admin exit clearances
• Settlement of travel invoices
• Ordering stationery and misc items
• Ensuring entry and exit entries of employees / vendors
• Conducting branch bio monthly meetings
• Assisting cab bookings
• Tie up with the courier services
