Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain office supplies inventory
• Coordinate meetings & events
• Manage email correspondence
• Prepare reports & presentations
• Provide administrative support to team
• File documents, manage correspondence, and schedule meetings
• Create, edit, and update spreadsheets, and prepare reports and memos
• Events: Plan and coordinate office events
• Make travel arrangements and book accommodations
• Confidentiality: Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security
