About the Role:

Rempar Solutions is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our

team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresher with strong communication skills and a

basic understanding of administrative and general operations to kick-start their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and organizing correspondence.
• Support overall office operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain and organize office documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline activities and processes.
• Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and team projects.
• Address inquiries from team members and external stakeholders professionally.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of administrative and general office operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is advantageous.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
