Senior Analyst - On 1 year Contract

Position: Budget Management & Invoicing Specialist (12 months Contract; Jan 2025 to Dec 2025)
Experience Required: Minimum 4-5 years
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Educational Background: Commerce or Finance degree
Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budget Management:
• Maintain and manage technology budgets efficiently.
• Track and monitor budget utilization, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
• Prepare detailed budget reports for management review.
2. Invoicing and Expense Processing:
• Raise and process invoices through the companys expense management system.
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues promptly.
3. Reporting and MIS:
• Prepare and update spend reports and Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Generate periodic reports to provide insights into budget performance.
• Identify and highlight variances for corrective actions.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support the finance team in audits and compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
