Associate Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Preferably has understanding of entity data capture process
• Has fair experience in public research, demonstrating a strong ability to gather and analyze information from various public and paid sources.
• Preferably has experience in processing entities such as funds, Trusts, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), etc. and a deep understanding of complex ownership structures including Mergers and Liquidation.
• Proven track record of working with global entities, showcasing familiarity with requirements across different countries, and should be aware of different registries, regulations, and exchanges.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to entity data capture processes.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to assess client information, verify identities, and validate documentation.
• Effectively communicate findings and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements
