Job Summary:
Position: Corporate Sales Manager (B2B sales of IT/Engineering products).
Years of Experience : 7 to 12 Years.
Job Location: Baner -Pune.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager with extensive experience in B2B sales of IT/Engineering products, preferably to manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
- Mandatory Requirements. Identify potential clients, engage key decision-makers, and build relationships to create and. close sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies for IT/engineering products, focusing. on the manufacturing industry. Lead negotiations and prepare proposals to secure long-term, high-value contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering repeat business.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical, etc.) to ensure that client requirements are. met.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth and profitability of the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong. relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- 6-10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of selling IT/Engineering. products.
- Prior experience in selling to manufacturing companies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT and engineering solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and client engagements simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environmentf
